Thank you for making this part available although shipping was some what slow. It would be nice if your service department would reach out to and give we some information, as requested months ago, about fixing my orbit litter box. If not you should send me a return mailer label. I expect hear from you in a timely manner. I hope that I don't have to contact you again. Where is your service department? Not a good look for you
