Great! It was a little bit difficult but now it is working perfectly
The rake rack was in great condition and I was able to get it attached to the side rotating cylinders. However it took a while to find a instructional video for this task. One has to take everything apart to accomplish this. Also the rotating metal rod you attach it to was out of sync, misaligned. There is no instruction for that. You have to take apart the gearbox and realign the gears. Quite a process! But I accomplished it.
Total waste of time, rate worked till it got stuck in the upright position now nothing works.
Sehr gut 👍
So far the litter box works fine with the new parts installed
El pedido llegó antes de lo esperado! Buenas calidad!

Good shipping came as expected
Great!
It is nice to know that parts are available for this machine, as we spent a lot of money on it.
Works perfectly!
Fast shipping
Part was perfect!
Installation instructions would be very very helpful
Directions would be helpful. I emailed and video links sent did not have sound, thankfully one had closed captions. Appreciate the response time for instructions.
Thank you for the replacement part! Works perfect! Fast shipping!
Easy to install works right back up
It would be really nice if there was a video on how to replace this !! It took us a long time to actually get this replacement part in. However I did notice extra reinforcement crosshatch for strength. So I appreciate that.

Thankyou
Cat sitter put too much litter in the box and the arm that moves the rake broke. Ordered a new arm to replace. With no instructions with the arm, I tackled making the change. Most things were intuitive and the replaced arm is working well. I was really surprised it worked after my efforts, but am very pleased. Product continues to work well.
Correct part, only took a week to get to me
Super schnelle Lieferung
Item arrived. Took a few weeks from China. A diagram on how to replace it would be helpful. I will search for a video.

No instructions but pretty easy to install So glad I emailed about my issue and didn’t just trash the whole thing shipping took forever! Or at least it seemed that way since I had to actually scoop cat box.. love my els catbox
Came very quickly and in one piece will. E ordering more parts
works great
Took me a bit to figure how to take the old one off so could put the new one on but i finally figured it out. A how-to video would be something to consider implementing. Other that, im good
Gave 4 stars as it would be helpful to have instructions or a video on how to change it. I nearly threw the stupid thing out and just got another brand cause this was not fitting in and I’m still not confident it’s correct.
Bom produto recomendo
