The plastic edge is bent, which causes a bad smell or allows sand to spill out. In any case, the edges should fit securely and sit flush against the body. I don’t need the 7% discount. This was my last purchase from your company. I’m frustrated and will leave a one-star review on Google.
Both cars took to it very quickly. Very simple empty than th letter box we are getting along with very well.
Everything worked out great. We received the new orbity litter box in 3 or 4 days. It came packaged expertly, and there was no damage to the package. I happyly recommend this kind of shipping.
Very easy to order easy cleanup, the cats like it
Fast shipping and well packaged. Easy assembly. It took the cats a day or two but they use it. Quiet operation. No more litter box odors.
The bags arrived and are fine. The day before they arrived our ELS Orbitie quit working so we are back to a little litter box and scooping waste every day. Disappointed. It had been working pretty well, then suddenly just stopped
It was good to know that if the shipment was lost, I would n't have to worry about a replacement.
We really like our Pet Orbiter. It works just as advertised. And the good part our cat went straight to it and used it.
Actually return people’s emails when their product is broke 👍
Just set it up. Cats are fascinated. Already used it. Love to watch it run. It's quite amusing watching them. So far I love it.
I have 3 cats, and they love it. One is fascinated with it cleaning, so I have to watch her so she doesn't stop it. I think the front should be a little taller because once in a while they kick litter out, trying to cover the mess in front. I love it because I don't have to clean 3 boxes every day. I do believe it has saved me on litter.
all parts arrived in good shape.
Easy to order, shipping took a while but it was perfect and the problem was fixed.
I didn't like it at all. My cats wouldn't even try it, so I want to return it and have my money returned.
Great product replacement were easy to get and ship
Very good, cats adjusted well
I like the automated litter box, however, my adult cats are slow to use it. Hopefully, over time they will adjust.

This litter box is awesome. Our cat took to it right away. As a matter of fact, after doing his business, he returns to watch the cleaning process.
