I reached out to you 2 weeks ago the agent Evin is handling this and he replies like once in two days. It's highly unsatisfied. When I asked for return and refund he is insisting me to retain the product instead of return, and I received the product already broken. But your agent is scaring me by showing the cost of returning. It is unacceptable and unexpected.

This self-cleaning litter box is a great machine. I've been using it for about two weeks, and it has worked flawlessly. I had a similar one before that would constantly get stuck, and the sensor was very unreliable, which made it more of a hassle than a convenience. This model is so much better. The self-cleaning function is smooth, and I've had absolutely no issues with it so far. It has saved me a ton of time and is a total game-changer for cat owners. Waited a long time to try this style of automatic. It’s great if your cat does a clean poop. My previous cat had IBS and i was hesitant to spend the money knowing how messy her flare ups were. Great price point and quality. Setup was easy. He took to it right away but was obsessively watching it clean. He kept restarting it. Or jumping in curious and it would pause. It took a few days for him to lose interest but after a week the novelty wore off! I am amazed how it has reduced stress of keeping the box clean. My cat is about 12 lbs and long/ tall.

I love the orbitie! It is smaller than the spaceship I had before. It's quieter, cleaner, and just wonderful. I love that the cost was much less than litter robot. I would definitely recommend, and purchase again if the need were to arise! Thank you elspet for a quality product!

This is my second one! I have bought 2 other brands. The first brand, 1 cat wouldn't use so I bought a second brand all used it but kicked litter everywhere. It was a daily mess to clean up. So I finally found the spaceship again and things are back to normal! So I recommend everyone to buy this one! You get a year warranty and great customer service!

The cat didn’t like it at first. We had a day of accidents. But also I was not home so couldn’t really follow up on him getting use to it. But once we got home and settled down and I put him in it so he could realize what it is , we are now loving it! Except for I cannot figure out how to make it consistently clean itself. Other than that it’s great!

We have been rescuing cats for the past 3 years. We went from 1 cat to 7 in a year. I am getting older and cleaning out boxes a few times a day is tiring. This product uses less litter *money saver" and no scooping.

The litter box works amazingly well. I am a bit scared because my cat gets in there while the litter box is self cleaning. It does stop when he's in there, so I'm hoping there are redundant stop mechanisms just in case one fails. My only other issue is that the little does smell for a little while. Not sure if a future design could improve the sealing. But overall I would buy this litter box again. Note that I do have the box on the balcony, so the occasional short term smell, is not an issue.

I love it! I don’t have to worry about the odor of smell or clean up occasionally. Automatically litter can do it all! All I have to do is take out the trash bag to throw out and throw it away, put the new bag in and that’s it! The only part is that I’m struggling to understand where the empty the litter is before I put new litter in it

After taking in the last of the stray kittens born under our porch, we decided we needed to upgrade the litter box. Our older cat (8 years old) and our kitten (3 months old) have both taken perfectly to the new box. And the sensitivity of the censors even detect my tiny kitten, which is a definite win! My mom has the Litter Robot but I just thought it was way too expensive. I decided to give Elspet a chance and I am glad I did. With the app I can keep up with making sure I change the litter box and add litter when it gets low. Takes all the guess work out of it. No more smelly gross litter box.

We have only been using it for about 3 days. I have 2 smaller cats (8 lb) and one larger cat (12 lb). One of the smaller ones took to it right away and loved going in and out of it. The other was afraid of it and so was the larger cat. I wasn't honestly sure the large cat would be able to use it but he does. The two afraid cats kept going in the old box even tho it got pretty stinky from not changing it. I would put them inside of the new one and give them treats. When they didn't hate it anymore but, still didn't love it, I removed the old litter box. I was afraid they would go somewhere else but they started using the new one. Hooray! Success in 3 days. Works as it should. It doesn't show you the weight of the cats entering the box which I assumed it would. No big deal tho really. Works as it should. Empties as it should. Easy to remove the bagged mess. Has an adjustable sleep timer although I have slept right through the cleaning cycle. Less tracking than previous litter boxes. I used a fine clay clumping litter mixed with corn cob clumping litter. Has improved my quality of life and kept my room much less stinky. One less thing to worry about everyday. Worth it.

I do like the pad and it is easy to clean and captures most of the tracked litter. I think this is a nice box for the money. The LR4 demands a pretty big space and this one does not. In the end, the goal is to not scoop, not smell, but have peace of mind and this one gives you all of that.

The els pet Orbitie automatic litter box has been a game changer. It was easy to assemble and our three cats love it. The wide opening makes it easy for even our 20+ lbs cat to use. It is much quieter than expected and is now our cats preferred littler box. The els Orbitie has taken the hard work out of clean litter. A bonus is that the Orbitie comes with fun boxes and cardboard pieces to play with.

I’ve had the Orbitie automatic litter box available to my cat for about two weeks now and overall, I’m impressed with the design and functionality. It was relatively easy to assemble right out of the box, as directions were clear and pieces were numbered clearly. I also put some of her old litter inside so she could recognize her scent. But she didn't seem very interested. However, I wanted to see how it ran, so I put a clump in from her box and set it to run. The self-cleaning feature works smoothly and quietly, and slow enough it wouldn't scare most cats. It seemed to have a small gap between the litter and the sitter that I think small clumps may easily get thru. The clumps are than routed to a small plastic lined bin for ease of changing. The app that you use with it (but don't have to) was easy to install and navigate. It syncs quickly with the litter box and gives a breakdown of box usage...including how many times it’s been used. That kind of data could be helpful once my cat starts using it regularly. That said, my cat hasn’t made the switch yet. I’ve kept her regular litter box available just in case since I don’t want to rush her and I really don't want accidents forming. Hopefully with time she’ll get comfortable enough to give the Orbitie a try which will allow me to more easily and effectively clean her box. All in all, the product seems solid and well-designed. Just waiting on my cat to get on board! ^..^

A bit tricky to assemble...the directions are missing a few steps, but the quick start guide filled in the blanks. Luna isn't used it yet, but I'm giving her some time. She is just 4 months old and barely weighs 2 lbs...Time will tell. All in all, a great value...
