This litter box is a strong option if you want to automate most of the litter chore, prioritize odor control, and your budget doesn’t stretch to the more expensive competitors. I been using it for more than a year and it as being a game changer. Very easy to clean you can actually disassemble and replace new parts with no issues.

It is unfortunate that the cat detector sensors are behind the motors. If they were 15mm colder to the front it would make them very easy to change. Once changed, they work well and it is operating properly now.
Thanks magnets keep the part of spaceship capsule where the poop bin is closed properly sealed so no leaky smells

Worst purchase this 71 year old ever made! Have had it 2+ years and has never worked! Can get it going and it starts beeping and no matter what, will not stop! The controls are too low to be convenient. I paid 389. I see they have reduced it to under 200 to get rid of it! Customer service is awful!!!
We replaced the part and it still doesn’t work. Your customer service is horrible and I will never buy anything from your company again.
How about you tell your fucking customers that you have to unplug the litter box to be able to replace the rake you dumb fucks. Even your video doesn't tell your custumers this shit.

The replacement sensors made the rake start working again.
The sensors were a little difficult to replace but worth it. It works like new now and the cats are happy to have their littler box working again.

the door would not open after cleaning. when I took the old switch out I found a broken connection. likely from the factory, it fixed it though. It was a PITA to replace, but it fixed it.
