Great! It was a little bit difficult but now it is working perfectly
The rake rack was in great condition and I was able to get it attached to the side rotating cylinders. However it took a while to find a instructional video for this task. One has to take everything apart to accomplish this. Also the rotating metal rod you attach it to was out of sync, misaligned. There is no instruction for that. You have to take apart the gearbox and realign the gears. Quite a process! But I accomplished it.
Total waste of time, rate worked till it got stuck in the upright position now nothing works.

Cat sitter put too much litter in the box and the arm that moves the rake broke. Ordered a new arm to replace. With no instructions with the arm, I tackled making the change. Most things were intuitive and the replaced arm is working well. I was really surprised it worked after my efforts, but am very pleased. Product continues to work well.

Gave 4 stars as it would be helpful to have instructions or a video on how to change it. I nearly threw the stupid thing out and just got another brand cause this was not fitting in and I’m still not confident it’s correct.
