Customer photo review of Deodorant Cover for ELS PET Spaceship Cat Litter Box

The edge is warped, allowing unpleasant odors to escape into the room. Please send me a return shipping label so I can return the item for a full refund. I do not want a replacement.

The plastic edge is bent, which causes a bad smell or allows sand to spill out. In any case, the edges should fit securely and sit flush against the body. I don’t need the 7% discount. This was my last purchase from your company. I’m frustrated and will leave a one-star review on Google.

Customer photo review of [Elspet Day Sale] Orbitie Automatic Self-Cleaning Litter Box – Safe Sensors, App

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – It Just Keeps Getting Better! This is my third Elspet Orbitie automatic self-cleaning litter box, and I honestly have to say each version keeps getting better! I loved the previous two, but this latest version has definitely taken things to another level. The improvements in this version make it even more convenient, user-friendly, and efficient. I especially appreciate the automatic self-cleaning feature and the safety sensors, which give me peace of mind while making litter box maintenance so much easier. The app is also a great addition and makes monitoring everything even more convenient. As someone who has purchased and used the previous two versions, I can genuinely see the improvements with each upgrade. Elspet is clearly listening to customers and continuing to improve an already great product. With two cats, having a reliable self-cleaning litter box makes a HUGE difference in my daily routine. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend the Orbitie to other cat owners. Three purchases later, and I’m still impressed! Keep up the great work, Elspet! 🐱❤️

Customer photo review of ELS PET Mixed Cat Litter

I love the Elspet litter, it disguises odors better than others I've used. We had natural wheat litter for years but it was not clumping well for the automatic litter box. I like the scent too, and the cats now prefer Elspet over their old litter. Love that it clumps completely and quickly. My only complaint is the tracking. Still an issue but easier to pick up than standard litter.

Customer photo review of [Summer Sale] New Arrivals Els Pet Orbitie with Wide Opening Self Cleaning Litter Box for Cats

I reached out to you 2 weeks ago the agent Evin is handling this and he replies like once in two days. It's highly unsatisfied. When I asked for return and refund he is insisting me to retain the product instead of return, and I received the product already broken. But your agent is scaring me by showing the cost of returning. It is unacceptable and unexpected.

Bin so happy, dass es Ersatzteile bei euch gibt. Der Preis ist es wert, damit die Toilette wieder funktioniert. Selber mit der Schaufel war eine Katastrophe 🫣

Customer photo review of [Easter Sale] Orbitie Automatic Cat Litter Box for Cats,Superior Odor Control & Whisper-Quiet

This self-cleaning litter box is a great machine. I've been using it for about two weeks, and it has worked flawlessly. I had a similar one before that would constantly get stuck, and the sensor was very unreliable, which made it more of a hassle than a convenience. This model is so much better. The self-cleaning function is smooth, and I've had absolutely no issues with it so far. It has saved me a ton of time and is a total game-changer for cat owners. If you've been hesitant about automatic litter boxes because of past experiences, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It works exactly as it should.

Customer photo review of ELS PET Orbitie Cat Litter Box Liners with Drawstrings, Easy-Close, Leak-Proof Bags,40 Count

It took a couple of days for our kitties to get used to the new potty, but they are using it and have adjusted very well in about a week. I ordered the extra bags, and they workout great. They truly are leak proof and can hode quite a bit. I have five cats, so I dump my litter box daily. Having the extra bags at such a reasonable cost have paid off very well. I highly recommend the orbity cat litter potty. It does exactly what it says.It does and works every time

Customer photo review of [Women's Day Sale] Orbitie Automatic Cat Litter Box for Cats,Superior Odor Control & Whisper-Quiet

Waited a long time to try this style of automatic. It’s great if your cat does a clean poop. My previous cat had IBS and i was hesitant to spend the money knowing how messy her flare ups were. Great price point and quality. Setup was easy. He took to it right away but was obsessively watching it clean. He kept restarting it. Or jumping in curious and it would pause. It took a few days for him to lose interest but after a week the novelty wore off! I am amazed how it has reduced stress of keeping the box clean. My cat is about 12 lbs and long/ tall.

Customer photo review of [Christmas Sale]Orbitie with Wide Opening Self Cleaning Litter Box

We have three cats, so keeping our home clean and fresh is a top priority. Using this product and The Arm & Hammer Multi-Clumping litter with maximum odor control has truly been a game-changer for us. It literally makes our entire basement smell clean and welcoming. This beautiful machine is a dream—it makes cleaning quickly and effectively, which means less time scooping and more time enjoying our space. We currently use two litter boxes and are already considering switching the second one over to this product as well. So far, we couldn’t be happier.

Customer photo review of [Christmas Sale] Spaceship 1 Automatic Litter Box

This is my second one! I have bought 2 other brands. The first brand, 1 cat wouldn't use so I bought a second brand all used it but kicked litter everywhere. It was a daily mess to clean up. So I finally found the spaceship again and things are back to normal! So I recommend everyone to buy this one! You get a year warranty and great customer service!

Customer photo review of [Christmas Sale] New Arrivals Els Pet Orbitie with Wide Opening Self Cleaning Litter Box for Cats

The cat didn’t like it at first. We had a day of accidents. But also I was not home so couldn’t really follow up on him getting use to it. But once we got home and settled down and I put him in it so he could realize what it is , we are now loving it! Except for I cannot figure out how to make it consistently clean itself. Other than that it’s great!

Customer photo review of [Christmas Sale] Orbitie Automatic Cat Litter Box for Cats,Superior Odor Control & Whisper-Quiet

The litter box works amazingly well. I am a bit scared because my cat gets in there while the litter box is self cleaning. It does stop when he's in there, so I'm hoping there are redundant stop mechanisms just in case one fails. My only other issue is that the little does smell for a little while. Not sure if a future design could improve the sealing. But overall I would buy this litter box again. Note that I do have the box on the balcony, so the occasional short term smell, is not an issue.
